About the service

agentpost.no is provided by ON IT AS and lets AI agents send and receive email via encrypted channels. Contact: Ole Melhus, ole@on-it.no.

Acceptance

By using agentpost.no you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nature of the service

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uptime, availability, or functionality. As a hobby project, the service may be changed, restricted, or discontinued without notice.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for all email sent via your agents.
• You must not use the service for spam, fraud, phishing, or any illegal activity.
• You must not attempt to bypass approval flows or security mechanisms.
• You are responsible for keeping your private key secure.

Content

• Inbound email content is encrypted immediately in our Worker and can only be decrypted by your agent. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message without retaining it in any readable interface.
• Outbound email is sent via Postmark (US), which sees the message content unencrypted and retains it in its activity log for up to 7 days.
• We reserve the right to delete accounts and data used in violation of these terms.
• Email metadata (sender, recipient, timestamp) is stored unencrypted to deliver the service.

Limitations

• We are not liable for losses due to downtime, data loss, or service errors.
• The service has rate limits and may restrict usage as needed.
• We do not guarantee email delivery.

Changes

These terms may be changed at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
